Pelican Landing is what we call our new 2 Bedroom 2 Bath vacation home near historic St Augustine, Florida, just 1 block (600 feet) from the white sand beaches of the Atlantic Ocean just south of the Matanzas Inlet.
Description: Our vacation rental home is on a natural "Old Florida" island called Summer Haven. It is elevated on 9' columns, has cathedral ceilings and tile floors, with a open living area and lots of windows. There are double glass doors in the master bedroom and breakfast area opening out onto a covered porch that spans 2 sides of the home surrounded by native trees. The observation deck on the east end affords a view of the ocean and the Inter-Coastal Waterway over a forest of gnarly wind swept native oak, and magnolia trees. The neighborhood is a quiet single-family residential area with a mixture of owner-occupants and vacation rentals, The beautiful white sand beach is just a 2 minute walk away and is nearly private as automobiles are not allowed and parking is scarce for outsiders.

Fully furnished including microwave, dishwasher and laundry.
Central Air and heat, plus a gas thermostatically controlled fireplace.
King sized beds in both bedrooms, double bed futon in Living room.
Telephone (use your calling card for long distance).
Cable, 3 TVs, VCR and stereo radio - tape - CD player.
Linens, dishes, cookware, silverware, coffee maker, etc.
Ceiling fans in every room.
Gas Grill
Light and open with Cathedral ceilings and lots of windows.
Note: Recommended occupancy is 4, maximum allowed 6.
Rates: Thanksgiving through Labor Day: $4000 per month, $1200 weekly (6 nights), $250 per night, 3 night ($750) minimum . Add $75 cleaning fee, plus 2.49% for credit card.
After Labor Day until Thanksgiving: $2400 per Month, $800 weekly (6 nights), $183 per night, 3 night ($550) minimum. Add $75 cleaning fee plus 2.49% for credit card.
Deposit: $500 refundable within 14 days. Our home is located in an area of mostly retirees and older adults so we prefer to rent to the same. We require that someone 30 years of age or older be the primary resident and accept responsibility for any damages not covered by the security deposit.
Some pets are allowed with an additional $100 fee. You will be responsible for any damages or additional cleanup. Note that pets are not allowed on the furniture.
